1. Service Description

SpawnPost is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You provide source content (text or a URL), select target social media platforms, and SpawnPost generates adapted posts using Claude AI. By using SpawnPost you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Terms

Accounts are created via a magic link sent to your email address — no password required. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use SpawnPost.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpawnPost to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content of any kind.
• Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service or in a way that causes harm to third-party services.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm any individual or group.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Use the service to train competing AI models.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated posts are AI-created suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing. SpawnPost makes no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular use of AI-generated content. Always review output before posting to any platform.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your source content and the generated output. By submitting content to SpawnPost, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or input.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpawnPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpawnPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm resulting from published AI-generated content.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be erased within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of SpawnPost after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
